Many years of experience and a spirit of research
“I gained my first experience with the effect of mental power at the age of seven through intensive martial arts training. Later, the organization of trainings and seminars in the field of mental training offered me the opportunity to observe that in order to develop mental abilities, it is essential to also strengthen empathy and body awareness. Based on these observations, I developed the Mental and Empathy Training according to Dr. Mazza within the framework of individual accompaniment and seminars. The body-oriented mental and empathy training according to Dr. Mazza opens the way for participants to fully develop their own potential and at the same time strengthens their confidence in their individual ability to be the creator of their own life. It is my most ardent wish to share my many years of experience in this field with other people and to give them access to these effective, holistic methods. I want to help my fellow human beings to achieve inner balance and to experience personal growth.“Dott.ssa. Ernestina Mazza, M.D
