The Business Energetics course creates a deep connection between the field of economics and the topics of energetics, psychology and TCM. In addition to imparting theoretical knowledge, many practical aspects form the center of the seminar, whereby techniques from mental, empathy and communication training as well as from the energetic, psychological spectrum(emotional self-management according to TCM, body-oriented mental training, etc.) are presented.
The seminar will begin by addressing the interplay that exists between personal factors (self-esteem, self-image, ideal self-image, stressful beliefs and behavior patterns, etc.) and economic concerns (reflection of personal patterns in the way we work, etc.). In addition, the economic, psychological and energetic factorsthat influence people in a leadership position are discussed. The theories and practices presented help to direct personal leadership in an empathic direction and to connect with one’s own power.
Mental training techniques, energetic techniques and body-oriented exercises serve as reference points for this. In addition, the area of the leadership level is concretely linked to that of the employee level by examining team building and team leadership from an economic, psychological and energetic perspective. The cross-disciplinary approach to these two levels allows blocking dynamics and those that disrupt the work climate to be clearly identified and constructively changed On this basis, successful strategies can be developed to create empathic communication and a healthy, harmonious work environment. In addition, in this training you will acquire concrete theoretical and practical knowledge that will allow you to develop self-coaching programs on your own as part of your work as a business energetic practitioner. In addition to energetic exercises and mental training techniques, body exercises and meridian exercises are also highlighted for this purpose, which promote individual, personal growth as well as the harmonious further development of a team

The contents of the seminar are taught in three online seminars via Zoom video meetings . The course can also be completed as a distance learning course (audio recordings, video training, etc.).
Audio and video recordings of all seminar content are made and made available to participants afterwards.
